When the door opened, Mike gripped his backpack nervously but smiled when he saw his friend. He puckered his lips to peck hers but didn’t pull away as she cupped the side of his face. “Hey you”. He was more than ready to go, especially because he didn’t want to say something stupid. Fortunately for him, the kisses made up for the lack of talking. “Yep, I’m ready” he said before grabbing her hand and pulling her outside “Let’s go”. He was trying hard not to stare at her with the clothes she was wearing he was trying. Sure, they had an ambiguous relationship but Mike wasn’t about to make the same mistakes again and say exactly what was going through his mind. It hadn’t been a good idea in the past, so why would it be now? They were friends. Period. “How are you today?”

Logan bit her lip and laced their fingers together, figuring this wasn’t the time to talk about what she had in mind and whatnot. She remembered how things went last time when that happened with them and she didn’t want things to go as badly this time. What if the tables were turned and she was the one bond to get hurt in the end of all this? Logan didn’t want to think that and infact, she shook the thought away. Licking her lips and shrugging, she leaned into her friend. “I’m good, but hopefully we have some fun today and that’ll make things better.” The latina nodded and rested her head on the kids shoulder, as they walked. “You? Feeling good or?” She asked, nibbling her lips.

The waterfalls. Mike hadn’t been there in a while but he was excited to go back. The fact it was with his best friend counted for a lot, because even if the place was beautiful, no one could enjoy it alone. He was happy yo have his friend back in his life but he was still as confused as the day they spent the night together in the hospital. He didn’t know what to do so, he just went with the flow. Also, he was a bit worried because he was convinced that Logan had a lot to say, but she kept it for herself. As for Mike, he was scared shitless. As usual, Logan knew exactly when he was lying to her or not and yesterday he had been lying to her. There was a lot going on with but he just wouldn’t tell her. He had learned his lesson and knew exactly what he had to do not to end up with a broken heart. But it was already too late for that; the old feelings had already resurfaced and he couldn’t do anything about that. Grabbing his pack back, he left his room and made his way to Logan’s with a smile on his as usual. He was impatient to see the Latina again and to spend quality time with her. He knocked on the door and stuffed his hand in pocket as he waited for his friend to open the door. Mike didn’t know why but today seemed like it was going to be a very good day.

It had been way to long since Logan last left the house and she needed out. She was still working on forgetting about all feelings for the ‘fiancee’ that left her and wrapping her head around the feelings she had for Mike. The waterfall sounded amazing at this time for the latina and relaxing. Mike was coming over and although she was effy with these feelings, she wasn’t about to not see him. She actually needed to see him. So after sending her last message, the latina changed into some shorts and a crop top. Before picking her hair up into a messy bun and smiling at the knock to the door. “Coming!” Logan called out, slipping on her converse. Before rushing over to the door and grinning over at her friend. “YO,” she chuckled and leaned up on her toes, before pecking her friends lips. “You ready for this?” She asked, moving a hand over to cup the side of the kids face. Whilst brushing their lips together, before kissing him softly. “Let’s go.”
